Italian B2B Sales Advisor (Remote)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for an Italian Speaking Sales Advisor.

📌 Location : Fully Remote from anywhere in Greece

📍 Working Model : Monday to Friday, 9 : 30-17 : 30

🖋️You will be reporting to : Operations Supervisor

What you will do :

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions.

More specifically :

Sell products and services in order to meet customer needs

Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers

Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback

Requirements

What we are looking for :

Native or near-native Italian speakers

Fluency in English

Clear Communication Skills

Tech savvy / Knowledge of MS office tools

Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
