Role Overview:

As a Travel Agent youll assist customers with trip planning and reservations across multiple channels. From booking flights and hotels to managing changes cancellations and special requests youll ensure each traveler feels supported from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via chat email and phone with travel-related requests

• Book and manage flights hotels car rentals and activities including changes and cancellations

• Provide guidance on itineraries travel requirements baggage policies and payment/refund processes

• Handle customer concerns with a calm solution-oriented approach

• Accurately document bookings and interactions in internal systems

• Escalate urgent or complex cases when necessary (e.g. disruptions missed connections)

• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent high-quality service

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
