As our CX Business Solutions Expert at Public Next - Publics Retail Tech company - you will be part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with Solutions Architect, Software Engineers & Business Owners to deliver innovative solutions within our retail tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders and making market validations and / or recommendations.
  • Understand, analyze & transform business requirements into software solutions
  • Work closely with a Product Owner to design and prioritise business requirements
  • Communicate requirements to development teams using appropriate documentation (Lean Canvas, Epics, User stories)
  • Follow market trends & evolution of in the CX domain subject area and develop together with development, automation and efficiency enhancements roadmap
  • Proactively and continuously look for process issues affecting external and internal customers across multiple systems, to prioritize and fix
  • Lead sessions to identify process inefficiencies, gather business requirements, partner with development teams to manage deliverables, testing and validation, roll-out and training, and triage and resolution of issues

Requirements :

  • 4-+ years of experience ideally in IT vendor, services or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience as a business analyst or any relevant role in the CX domain area
  • Extensive experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, implementation & testing
  • Self motivated individuals with a mindset of innovation and the ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines at a top-notch quality level
  • Team players who can create consensus whilst also challenging ideas & assumptions
  • Be proactive in communicating ideas and challenges. We expect everyone to think out of the box and be creative beyond the confines of role definitions
  • Fluency in English
