Компания и роль :

Международная финансовая компания с командой экспертов в области банковского дела, финансов и финтеха, предлагает надежную платформу для международных платежей, помогая бизнесу выходить на новые рынки.

Онбординг менеджер будет работать с клиентами по всему миру в удобном удаленном формате.

Задачи :

Полный цикл онбординга новых клиентов
Упаковка продукта на основе запроса клиента. Расчет себестоимости, выбор маршрутов переводов и определение итогового ценника
Установление контакта с клиентом, обсуждение и согласование условий работы
Подготовка контрактов и всей сопроводительной документации (проформа-инвойс и т.д.)
Взаимодействие и работа с партнерами
Онбординг новых проектов для существующих клиентов

Требования к кандидату :

Опыт B2B продаж от 2 лет в в платежной системе, в платежном агенте, в криптообменнике и т.п.

Умение работать с разновалютными клиентами и сложными расчетами (проценты, курсы)

Опыт удаленной работы

Глубокое понимание документооборота между российскими и зарубежными компаниями

Навык проверки и составления договоров, понимание, что такое проформа-инвойс, и в каких случаях применяется

Хорошее знание Excel (уровень близкий к продвинутому)

Английский язык A2+

Будет плюсом, если у Вас есть :

Опыт онбординга клиентов в финансовой организации

Экономическое образование

Опыт работы с Битрикс

Опыт с 1С
