Περιγραφή θέσηςMinimum of 4 years of professional experience in medical administration or a closely related field Strong written communication skills, with excellent grammar and attention to detail Fully remote and asynchronous work Estimated workload : ~30 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours Project duration : 3–4 weeks, starting immediately Independent contractor engagement Hourly compensation paid weekly via Stripe Connect Contractors retain full autonomy over work schedule and delivery methods You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Consumer and Healthcare & Lifesciences industry. You are organised and have good interpersonal skills. You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You are a strong networker & relationship builder You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments Flexible working options Great work culture Opportunities for career growth & development

About the Role
A leading AI research initiative is seeking experienced Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants to contribute domain expertise toward the development of next-generation machine learning systems. This project focuses on identifying and solving real-world challenges within medical administration, helping AI systems better understand and replicate professional workflows.
Participants will work independently and remotely, contributing to cutting-edge research while maintaining full control over their schedules.
