Finnish Customer Care Agent

We are looking for the next Customer Care Agent (Finnish Speaker) to join our client's team in the offices in Athens.

As a Finnish Speaking Customer Care Agent you will have the opportunity to:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
• Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
• Update our internal databases with information and record inquiries, comments and complaints
• Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with our Product teams

The qualifications needed for this Finnish Speaking Customer Care Agent position are:

• Fluency in Finnish and English (verbal and written) is a must- have
• Fluency in Greek is nice-to- have
• Experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar CS role is appreciated
• Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus
• Customer oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Computer literacy
• Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Client-centric mindset

Previous working experience would be considered a plus but not necessary.
