Senior Field Applications Engineer

RF / SOC designer / Application Engineer  Requirements

• Electrical Engineering Degree or related Engineering background
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Custom Analog IC design for High-Speed and / or High-Frequency design applications
• Deep understanding of Electromagnetic effects on the SOC and 3DIC level
• Needs to be a highly proficient user of Cadence Virtuoso and / or Synopsys Custom Compiler
• Needs to also be a highly proficient user of back-end design flow tools for LVS and LPE
• The candidate needs to be familiar with advanced technology nodes, FinFET design processes will be considered a plus
• Must be experienced using Linux environments
• Inquiring technical mind with automation aptitude
• Persistence and attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure, willing to travel in order to support customers onsite, with a strong desire to learn new design methodologies, techniques and manufacturing processes
• Team player with strong communication skills
