EHS Officer

SUMMARY:

The position holder will be a member of Environmental, Health & Safety Team, supporting the implementation of the EHS system. The position is reporting to the EHS Manager of the site.

Main responsibilities :

• Administrative support on EHS system revisions
• Implementation of actions that are described in the EHS System e.g
• Employee evacuation list revisions
• Waste recovery/disposal record
• Organize the annual health check program
• Order supplies for infirmary and local pharmacies
• Safe behavior & condition inspections
• Participation in internal & external audits
• Maintain the record of corrective and preventive actions of EHS system. Weekly follow up
• Maintain records and files for EHS that are under the responsibility of the department
• Perform the EHS induction training for new employees as well as the annual General EHS training
• Coordination of activities carried out by HSE contractors and suppliers (e.g. Assessments, measurements)

Candidate Profile :

• Degree/Diploma of University of engineering (Mechanical /Electrical/Chemical) or Technological Institute of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in industry in similar role
• Previous experience in Pharmaceutical sector will be considered as a plus
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Teamwork and collaboration spirit
• Acquaintance with GMP rules is an advantage
• Hands on experience and self-motivation
