Pre-sales Engineer (5322 / PE / ESS / GR)
Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team on technical aspects.
- Availability research / technical analysis / proposal, for Sales Team requests.
- Prepare and respond to RFIs / RFPs
- Direct communication with the technical department team, necessary to discuss / provide the appropriate solution to meet the customers’ needs.
- Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing / new large enterprise customer business issues.
- Dimension SD-WAN Solution Bill of Material.
- Present Technical Reviews and Offers to customers
