Athens. Your responsibilities : Handle customer inquiries via phone,

email, and chat in Croatian. Assist customers with hotel bookings,

cancellations, and modifications, ensuring a smooth and positive

experience. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating

complex cases when necessary. Maintain accurate records of

interactions and bookings in our platform. Provide feedback to

internal teams to improve customer experience and platform

usability. Requirements : Native or fluent Croatian speaker. Strong

command of English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in

customer support, hospitality, or travel booking is preferred.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
