French Collections Specialist

Your responsibilities as a French Collections Specialist will be:
- Contact clients via phone and email regarding overdue invoices
- Send Statement of Accounts and dunning letters
- Identify and resolve payment or billing issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately record all interactions and payment commitments
- Liaise with internal departments to address collection challenges
- Prepare management reports on collections and account status
- Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate collections and resolve any disputes
- Assess payment behaviors to identify potential credit risks
- Mentor and support junior team members on collections best practices and negotiation techniques
In order for your profile to match the French Collections Specialist position, you need to have the following qualifications:
- Excellent command in French
- Proficient level of English
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related subject, is considered a plus
- Very good knowledge MS Office
- Attention to details
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Client-centric mindset
Experience in Accounting/ Collections/ Credit or related financial services roles
