You'll work within our Copywriting department and closely with Performance Marketing teams, shaping the voice of global campaigns that reach thousands - or even millions - of people.

As a Junior Copywriter, you'll contribute to projects that span from ad campaigns and landing pages to emails, product descriptions, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, conversion-focused copy for a variety of marketing projects - including websites, ad creatives, email campaigns, and social media posts (primarily in English) - ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing and design teams to bring creative concepts to life and craft messaging that resonates with different audiences across channels.
• Conduct in-depth audience and market research to inform content creation with relevant insights and a clear understanding of what drives engagement and conversions.
• Track and analyze content performance using key metrics, offering data-driven recommendations to improve clarity, impact, and conversion rates.
• Continuously review, refine, and edit content to maintain high standards of grammar, tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance the efficiency of day-to-day copywriting and creative processes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, collaborating with teams to maintain unified messaging and tone of voice.
• Stay current with industry trends in copywriting, digital marketing, content formats, and emerging platforms to keep our creative output fresh and effective.

Requirements

• Educational Background
• A degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or similar.
• A strong interest in both creativity and strategy, especially where storytelling meets performance.

• Mindset & Motivation
• Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and the power of words to influence and convert.
• Curious by nature - always exploring how audiences think and what makes content resonate.
• Eagerness to learn through hands-on experience, supported by experienced professionals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently when needed.

• Skills & Knowledge
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills - you’re a clear communicator and great collaborator.
• Basic familiarity with operating systems and digital tools; tech-savvy and open to learning new platforms.
• Interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media trends.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English. (Additional languages are a plus.)
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) or marketing tools is a plus - but not required.
• Prior exposure to copywriting, content creation, or marketing campaigns (even in academic or personal projects) is considered a strong advantage.
