Costa Navarino is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Play Area Attendant in a part-time position, where you’ll create a fun, safe and engaging play environment for children and families and introduce visitors to our brand and products while encouraging creative play and interaction.
Responsibilities
- Welcome children and families and help create a fun, safe and memorable play experience during events or in-store activations.
- Introduce visitors to the brand and its products, encouraging creative play and engagement.
- Support children while they play, showing care, attention and enthusiasm.
- Ensure the play area is clean, organized and safe throughout the day.
- Set up play materials and displays before opening and pack them away after the event or shift.
- Monitor the number of children in the play area and follow safety guidelines and venue rules.
- Assist parents with product information when needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Represent the brand with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Follow all Health & Safety regulations, company policies, SOPs and brand standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and support teamwork to create a positive guest experience.
- Demonstrate reliability, time management and flexibility during busy periods.
