The Role
As a customer support agent you will be handling incoming calls and emails and provide the customers with help, advices, and guidance. The inquiries can be about anything from booking of hotels / vacations, car rentals, payment issues, and general questions. You will receive training before you start working so you will be prepared for handling the customers' requests.
Your daily work will include tasks like these :
- Resolving service problems by identifying the customer's complaints / issues, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Providing support, reassurance, empathy, and comfort to the customers in need of help - for instance people who are already on vacation or having car issues and in need of help.
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Ideal Profile
You speak and write German at a native level and your are fluent in English (strong B2).Experience in customer care or tourism is a plus but not a must.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.You have strong communication and excellent negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.What's on Offer?
