YOUR MISSION

As a Support Engineer 1st-Level IT Support (f / m / d) / Employee 1st-Level IT Support (f / m / d) you like to analyze problems and malfunctions and quickly have a competent solution approach at hand. If customer-oriented IT support is just as important to you as it is to us, then you will certainly find yourself in these tasks.

Contact person at eye level : You are the first point of contact for partners and ensure that they receive competent and friendly support with every request. You also ensure that estos support is available by phone at all times.
Solution finder : You tackle technical questions, find solutions and grow further into the estos and VoIP world every day.
Documentation and consultation : You document bugs and exchange information with colleagues and our software developers.

YOUR EXPERTISE

Enjoy communication and teamwork : you are a team player, enjoy communicating and enjoy helping others. Very good written and spoken German is a matter of course for you.

Curiosity for IT and technology : You don't have to be an IT or VoIP professional, but you are willing to learn new things. Professional experience in IT support is an advantage, but not a must.

Structure and patience : you keep an overview even with tricky tasks, are patient and work in a solution-oriented manner.
