BI and Reporting Engineer

Join Bally’s Intralot as a BI & Reporting Engineer!

We are looking for a new BI and Reporting Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of gaming! As BI & Reporting Engineer at Bally’s Intralot, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of robust, business-critical reporting solutions that support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across our global teams.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement & maintain Business Operational Reports

• Connect reports to relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.) and write/optimize queries and stored procedures.

• Ensure data accuracy, formatting, and visual clarity in all report outputs and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, performance, and formatting.

• Design, implement & optimize BI systems with a focus on performance, scalability & governance.

• Own end-to-end data pipelines – from ingestion to transformation – using best practices in ETL/ELT.

• Collaborate with business & product teams to translate analytics requirements into scalable data models.

• Ensure high standards in data quality, lineage, and documentation.

• Contribute to solution architecture, advising on infrastructure and modern data stack tools.

• Support pre-sales by providing technical input, estimates, and solution design proposals.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Holding University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant technology-related field

• Having 2+years of demonstrated professional experience in designing and developing automated reports

• Strong SQL & data modeling skills with hands-on experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL or MSSQL.

• Familiarity with BI tools (JReports/LogiReports, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO or similar), and ideally ETL tools like Informatica or SSIS.

• Experience in Databricks will be considered a plus

• Excellent command of written and verbal English / Greek languages
