Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about biotechnology products
- Assist customers with technical questions, order status, and product information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to address customer needs and feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements
