We are the most popular internet destination for booking restaurant tables in Greece and Cyprus, and looking for a part time customer support representative to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Serving incoming calls and providing instant support to e-table users and restaurants
- Providing outbound services via phone and email
- Handling chat communications
- Report and escalate issues when necessary
- Always be updated with company’s product, promos and policy
Requirements :
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate information and data in writing, so others will understand
- Good skills in computer and MS Office (word, excel)
- Fluency in Greek and good knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Own laptop
- Flexibility in working in shifts
- Happy to work from home
