Opened in 2020, the Athens office has rapidly become our EMEA Hub. As we continue to invest in the high growth trajectory of this office, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to manage the Operations in the Athens office.
What You Will Do :
- Supervise a spectrum of administrative duties within the organization, including but not limited to the operations management, people management, and the optimization of daily operations to enhance efficiency
- Lead organizational operations to ensure workforce productivity
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, promoting operational excellence across staff, and integrating innovative technologies
- Manage communication with external suppliers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and effective implementation of solutions
- Coordinate procurement activities, including finding suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
- Develop and implementing policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes and ensure compliance with company standards
- Prepare and monitoring administrative expense budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
- Ensure the confidentiality and sensitivity of information and compliance with data protection regulations
What We Expect From You :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent10+ years of experience in operations management, business excellence, or a similar roleStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levelsProficiency in MS Office applications and experience with administrative software systemsKnowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in facilities management and contract administrationAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and to collaborate effectively within a team environmentGreek nationality requiredFluency in spoken and written English and GreekWhat We Offer :
