We are looking for an ambitious Quality Analyst based in Athens, to join and support our Quality Assurance team that is in charge of monitoring and maintaining the highest standards in all of our processes, operations and units.

What you will focus on:

• Analyze the feedback received from our clients and operation-related issues reported internally by the Blueground employees. Identify root causes, trigger and follow up the completion of the needed corrective actions
• Process the Quality audit reports from multiple global markets by comparing auditees' and QA auditors' findings, categorizing the missed findings as per our criticality specs and evaluating the performance of the auditees
• Facilitate our non-conformities / operational wastes monitoring tool
• Support the Quality team with various ad hoc projects that may run based on department’s needs
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and Quality Department’s procedures
• Develop and track metrics, prepare regular reports and highlight areas of improvement in our operations

What we are looking for:

• BSc in Quality, Business, Engineering or other related discipline
• 1-2 years work experience in Quality Assurance or Control analytics (data collection, management and analysis)
• Strong analytical skills (logical reasoning, report analysis, data analysis, problem solving, root cause analysis)
• Good understanding of business operations and goals
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Very good communication skills - verbal and written
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in MS Office & G-Suite
