Job Summary
Job Purpose
The position will be part of the General Accounting process team responsible for the accurate and on time reporting according to group policies. Outside the closing period the key task included is the preparation of key controls, BS reconciliation and ad hoc request from CAR.
Responsibilities and Duties
Preparation and posting of manual journal entries ( accruals, provisions, reclasses)
Preparation of the controls for the assigned entities
Performance of month-end close
Support at ad hoc request from CAR
Preparation of BS reconciliation according to the group policy
Work closely with a senior accountant and support in daily activities and the ongoing projects
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
1-2 years of relevant experience in General Ledger
Experience with ERPs
Fluent in English
Conversant in French, German, Italian or any other European language is a plus
Experience of working within strict deadlines
