Polish-Speaking Roadside Assistance Representative
for Mercedes, allowing you to work from home while enjoying the beautiful atmosphere of Greece! In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of assistance for Polish-speaking customers who may encounter issues on the road, providing them with timely and professional support.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, coordinating roadside assistance services, and ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care and attention. If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, this position is perfect for you!

Your Responsibilities

Assist Polish-speaking customers with roadside assistance requests over the phone.

Evaluate the type of assistance required and coordinate actions with service providers.

Provide accurate information and updates to clients regarding their situation.

Document all customer interactions clearly for future reference and quality assurance.

Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Participate in training and professional development initiatives to improve skills.

Requirements

Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.

Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

Self-motivated with the capability to work remotely and independently.

Willingness to embrace a unique work-from-home lifestyle in Greece.
