Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to telecommunications services.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems with their services.
  • Process order requests, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
