Περιγραφή θέσηςMultiple locations Bulgaria Greece Human Resources Hybrid Early Careers Department : Group People & Culture, Corporate Service Center Location : Greece or Bulgaria Contract : External, Temporary Contract (6 months) As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Digital & Technology Platform Services (DTPS), you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our organization by attracting and hiring top Information Technology talent. You will work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the recruitment process. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage, together with the Senior Talent Acquisition team, the full recruitment cycle for hiring requests, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending job offers Source candidates using different recruitment channels including referrals and building talents pipeline Execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract talents through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and performance Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information offline and in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Avature ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or equivalent education Minimum 1 year of practical experience in HR / Recruitment English fluency is a must Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational and time management skills ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM : We are a family of 33 thousand engaged people.
