To support this growth we are looking for Salesforce Consultants / Developers across different products to work closely and help our clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results.

As a Salesforce Consultant / Developer, you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our clients' Salesforce ecosystem end to end. This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside testing, training, and deployment.

The successful candidate should :

Work closely and support the Salesforce Architect and other team members in designing and delivering solutions that follow the best practices and meet the business goals and requirements. More specifically :

Participate in workshops to understand business objectives and analyze the business requirements

Design, implement and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements

Conduct or support user acceptance testing and system testing

Perform users training and help them to drive user adoption

Provide post implementation support

Work closely with the Project Manager in identifying project issues / risks and propose alternatives to alleviate or resolve them

Contribute in responding to requests from clients : run discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and goals, generate and present solution overviews and proof of concept designs / applications, size projects, prepare proposals

Continuously learn new Salesforce functionalities based on releases and product acquisitions. Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Get trained, certified, and upskilled to various Salesforce products based on current engagements, market needs, and future opportunities.

What we are looking for :

University degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology / Management Science and Technology or other relevant fields

0-5 years of experience in designing and / or delivering Salesforce projects preferably in Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing, Experience (ex. Community), Revenue (CPQ) Clouds or Salesforce Industry solutions (e.g Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, etc)

Good knowledge of at least one Salesforce product gained through project experience and supported by the relevant certification(s)

Consulting experience, gained with a leading professional services or systems integration firm or with an inhouse Salesforce delivery team

Strong presentation and communication skills

A positive can-do approach, good listener, and a team player spirit

Below Salesforce Developer skills will be considered a strong plus :

Experience in Admin configuration (Workflow, Flow builder, OWD, Profiles and Permission Sets, Validation Rules)

Familiar with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Aura Components

Experience in Integration ( REST Technology)

Experience in Data Migration (Dataloader, ETL process)

Programming in Apex language

Experience in developing Salesforce Triggers

Familiar with Version Control : SFDX, GIT

Experience in relational databases and query languages (e.g. SQL, SOQL)
