You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring each meal is of the highest standard. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure each dish is plated and presented attractively for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of culinary techniques and principles.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
