French Customer Care Agent - Work from Home

Parlez-Vous Français? Are you a native or a near native French speaker with very good knowledge of the English language? Are you interested in working from home from anywhere in Greece whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office?

This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or from the ones that are planning to relocate here as soon as possible!

You will have the chance to serve the French speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Your responsibilities as a French Customer Care Agent - Work from Home will include:

• Provide a high level of customer service to the French speaking clients at all times
• Delight customers and exceed their expectations

The qualifications for this French Customer Care Agent - Work from Home position are:

• A native level in French
• Fluency in English
• An EU passport or residence card for Greece
• PC literacy

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client-centric mindset
• Be positive, upbeat and thrive on helping others in a friendly way

Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
