The responsibilities for a Hungarian Customer Support Officer are:

• Act as the first point of contact for the Hungarian market
• Dealing with clients’ inquiries providing live chat support
• Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
• Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results

You’ll be an excellent fit as a Hungarian Customer Support Officer in case you possess the following qualifications:

• Native level of Hungarian
• Fluency in English
• Pc literacy & excellent typing skills
• Knowledge of financial terms would be a plus

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client-centric mindset

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as a plus.
