Ogilvy seeks to recruit an SEO Manager to join the Performance Marketing unit. Your primary mission will be to elevate websites traffic by optimizing their visibility on search engines. By ensuring top-tier placement on search engine result pages, you'll be pivotal in enhancing our clients' organic visibility and engagement.
Requirements :
- 4-5 years of proven expertise in crafting and implementing SEO strategies.
- A degree in a relevant quantitative, test-driven field, such as Engineering, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics.
- Proficient in analysis with an emphasis on using data.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Strong grasp of online performance marketing, SEM tactics, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies.
- Extensive familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Adept at understanding the nuances of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Analytical mindset, excelling in evaluation, experimentation, and refining strategies.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Effective in communicating and working cohesively with diverse teams and clientele.
Responsibilities :
Develop and supervise SEO tactics to amplify the organic search visibility of clients' websites.Continually identify and expand relevant keywords and recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Conduct website technical SEO audits and utilize diagnostic tools to ensure optimal functionality, addressing issues like page errors, compatibility, and broken links.Study and evaluate the SEO tactics used by competitors.Utilize web analytics instruments to monitor and fine-tune search performance, ensuring prominent exposure for essential branded and generic terms on key search platforms.Deliver comprehensive reports on key performance indicators for clients, employing various tools for reporting and presentation.Keep updated with the latest search engine changes to refine and advance the agency's SEO methods.Partner with diverse teams like content creators, developers, and designers to embed SEO standards in all web development and content processes.Efficiently communicate with other professionals in the performance marketing team to align goals.Benefits :
