Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Banking Division. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their banking services and financial products.
Your fluency in Spanish will be essential as you guide clients through account management, loan applications, and transaction processes. By delivering high-quality customer service, you will contribute to building trust and ensuring a positive banking experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding banking inquiries
- Assist customers with account information, transactions, and financial product details
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex inquiries
- Gather feedback from customers to improve our banking services and offerings

Requirements
