Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking Spotify users through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Address customer inquiries relating to account management, Spotify features, and service-related questions.
- Proactively engage with users to enhance their experience and ensure they fully benefit from Spotify's offerings.
- Resolve issues and manage customer complaints in an efficient manner to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system to assist in follow-ups and generate reports.
- Collaborate with various teams within Spotify to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Remain informed about Spotify’s product updates and industry trends to provide relevant advice to users.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Prior experience in customer service, customer success, or similar roles is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive under pressure.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.Enthusiasm for assisting customers in maximizing their Spotify experience.Benefits
