Consultant (m / f / d) for the digitalization of building and environmental authorities

Join our team in the Construction and Environment business unit on a full-time, Germany-wide assignment with our customers - working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

This will be your job...

You will be responsible for planning, supporting and managing the IT introduction or conversion of our specialist processes for our customers - from kick-off to successful completion of the project
As a consultant, you are the contact person for new and existing customers and support them in optimally integrating our software into their day-to-day work - you train and advise with professional expertise
You use proven project management methods and carry out IT projects in a secure and structured manner to ensure project success
You always keep an eye on profitability and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and in a resource-saving manner - from planning to successful handover to the customer
You represent our software convincingly and competently to our customers and act as an expert in your field

This is what we want...

You have completed training in an administrative or IT-related commercial profession or alternatively a degree with a relevant focus for this role

You already have initial professional experience or experience from projects in the field of digitization projects in public administration

Ideally, you have already gained insights into the work of an environmental office and are familiar with the processes there - but this is not a must

You are tech-savvy, have strong communication skills and a confident manner

You are flexible and willing to travel throughout Germany
