The key responsibilities of the Financial Transformation Advisor will include :
Lead insightful workshops for understanding of Finance Processes for Finance Transformation assessmentsAssess business needs and recommend improvement opportunities in Finance processes affecting Business Operating Cycles adopting emerging technologies for an end-to-end optimizationCooperatewith client’s Finance Team to optimize processes, structure for a better levelof contribution to the businessProvide guidelines to design management Dashboards including a set of KPIs, understanding CFO’s needs and agenda topics for instant and useful informationProvide experience to design chart of accounts design and hierarchies in Financial Statements line itemsParticipate in the design of costing models including cost pools, principles, rules of allocating expenses and management reporting presentation for resultsDesign the controlling framework, including financial planning and analytics (FP&A) and budgeting,Guide team to compile, analyze, and report economic and industry data to help clients make informed decisionsPrepare detailed presentations and marketing material for client presentationsConsist aleading member of the team for problem solving, regarding business issuesincluding strategy, innovative solutions, digital technologiesCoaching team members for a smooth collaboration and team developmentEmbrace the role of a coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team membersManage own and team work against project plan to ensure a superior client experienceThe key requirements of this role are :
Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experienceA bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field / discipline providing experience inFinance processes analysis and reengineeringIFRS standards implementationFinancial Statements understanding and management reporting requirementsCash flow and working capital requirementsCosting principlesACCA / ACA qualifications courses or ΙΕΣΟΕΛ / ΜΕΤΚΕΛ postgraduate qualifications (in progress or completed) will be considered as an assetKnowledge in Finance systems (ERPs or BI tools)Commitment to providing quality work and building strong working relationships with clients and colleaguesExperience of working with multiple clientsWorking in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionalsTo be successful as a Financial Transformation Advisor in Grant Thornton Greece you need the following :
