Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking users through various channels including email, live chat, and phone, effectively addressing their inquiries and issues regarding the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to accounts and platform usage in a timely manner.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance on how users can best navigate and utilize the platform.
- Document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Work in cooperation with other teams to highlight recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on platform developments and new features to offer accurate support.
- Perform follow-up communications with users to confirm their satisfaction with the assistance received.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance, especially within an online service environment.Strong technical skills and knowledge of online platforms and their functionalities.Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems is advantageous.Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality service in a multifaceted environment.Benefits
