Your Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Expert youll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers delivering top-tier support via phone email and chat.

• Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries orders and troubleshooting
• Deliver clear empathetic solutions that keep customer satisfaction high
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system
• Work hand in hand with your team to keep improving the customer experience

What We Are Looking For

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2 level)
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication and training
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
• Legal right to work in the EU or eligibility for a Greek work permit
