Join Ballys Intralot as Direct Procurement Specialist!
Your Role: As a Direct Procurement Specialist at Ballys Intralot youll play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing costs across the Group. Youll be responsible for:
Managing the entire lifecycle of procurement contracts from creation to completion.
Negotiating with vendors and securing favorable agreements.
Conducting market research and benchmarking to discover new suppliers and ensure competitive pricing.
Monitoring purchase orders invoicing and delivery timelines according to contract terms.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of procurement plans.
Developing procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings.
Job requirements
To thrive in this role you should meet these qualifications:
Degree in Finance or a related field.
2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing ideally in IT or Telecoms industries.
Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and flexibility including willingness to travel internationally when needed.
