The Team

Our Supply Chain Management department is comprised of dedicated professionals, including warehouse employees, buyers, expedition and customs officers, and the Supply Chain Manager located throughout Europe and our Americas region. Together, this diverse team of talented individuals is committed to ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations across all aspects of our supply chain.

These are your tasks and responsibilities.

Radio Holland is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Buyer to represent our dynamic Supply Chain team from our office in Greece. You will be the sole Supply Chain representative in Greece, as your manager is based in the Netherlands. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility who can work independently while ensuring smooth coordination with colleagues abroad.

We are looking for a driven supply chain professional with a passion for procurement. You should have some experience in supply chain and procurement and be comfortable collaborating with different departments across the organization.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting your colleagues by handling and processing complex quotation requests within our fast-paced and active Supply Chain department.

Responsibilities

As the sole Supply Chain representative in Greece, you will take ownership of your tasks while coordinating with colleagues abroad. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Handle and process quotation requests, including smaller requests, and advise on suitable or alternative products.
  • Place orders and create purchase orders according to procurement rules and agreements.
  • Keep the organization informed about delivery progress, stock levels, and any changes.
  • Manage issues with late or incorrect deliveries in coordination with the Senior Buyer.
  • Stay updated on assigned product categories and report key information to your manager.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is what we ask of you:

  • Has excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a vocation level diploma in a supply chain field.
