About the project:
You will join a customer support team, helping Dutch-speaking customers on behalf of a well-known international brand. Your role will include providing professional support via phone, email or chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer support in Dutch
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, accounts or orders
- Enter all customer contacts into the system
- Manage requests via email and ticketing
- Escalate issues that require further investigation or are beyond your scope of responsibility
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
- You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!
