PeopleCert is seeking a dynamic Education Partnership Associate to join our Language Portfolio team! In this key leadership role, you will support the delivery of LanguageCert’s Global Recognition Strategy and help build new relationships in key global markets. This key role will contribute to the recognition and acceptance of the LanguageCert range of English language proficiency exams for international student admissions, progression or exit testing.

As an Education Partnership Associate , your tasks will include the following :

  • To identify decision makers in education institutions responsible for approving new language tests.
  • To promote the LanguageCert range of products and gain recognition from education institutions for LanguageCert exams
  • To manage and develop customer relationships with institutions and have these partners list (on websites / materials) promote or advocate our exams
  • To identify any pain points or challenges for our institutional partners and provide market guidance to the relevant internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • To collaborate with other team members in developing country strategies and engagement activities / campaigns to further promote and gain recognition for our range of language exams.
  • To maintain an updated and accurate record in the PeopleCert CRM of all prospective and current leads, opportunities and contacts.
  • To undertake any other duties commensurate with the status or the role, as deemed necessary by the Head or Deputy Director of Educational Partnerships

What we look for :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in account / client management, ideally within the international education sector and / or within a global business.
  • Experience in effective negotiation and engagement with key decision makers
  • Experience of delivering targets to agreed timeframes, ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve goals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems and proficiency in using data for decision-making.
