The tasks of a Romanian Back Office Agent will be as follows:
- Act as the first line of defense & escalation for the Romanian market
- Receive customer questions, complaints, & comments via emails & live chats
- Help customers with the verification process
- Collect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authorities
- Communicate with other departments, following pending issues related to customer's identification or withdraw
- Update customers' database
- Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information
The ideal Romanian Back Office Agent is / possess / has:
- A native level of Romanian
- Business English level
- PC & MS Office literacy
- High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client-centric mindset
Previous working experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset.
