Cardlink, member of Worldline SA, is the largest Network Service Provider in Greece and provides fast and secure services to merchants and consumers in their day-to-day payment transactions, both in physical and electronic commerce.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an Assistant Platform Owner you will be responsible for the following areas / tasks of the assigned platforms:

• Manage the daily operations of the platforms in scope
• New releases deployment
• Incident resolution
• 3rd level technical support
• Platform technical documentation
• Capacity planning
• High availability
• Maintain and coordinate the day to day relationship with any technology partners and vendors
• Participate to enhancement / new functionality projects affecting the platform in all phases (design, implementation, testing, deployment)

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science preferred
• Fluent in oral & written communication in Greek and English
• Excellent Knowledge of Windows OS, SQL and System Administration
• Up to 2 years experience in a technical IT related field will be considered as plus
• Analysis and project management skills are considered a plus
