• Provide customer/technical support to all Japanese callers
• Receive and respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and chats
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Perform data entry and use of software programs

What are the qualifications for this Japanese Customer Service Agent role?

• An excellent level of the Japanese language
• A good level of the English language
• PC literacy & excellent typing skills

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client-centric mindset

Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
