Your responsibilities as a Portuguese Customer Service Agent - Work from Home will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for all Portuguese speaking clients
- Interpret and identify the customer’s needs and respond appropriately and professionally
- Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy
- Be able to liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer technical issues
- Solidify, maintain and sustain customer relations through customer service and technical support
What are the qualifications for this Portuguese Customer Service Agent - Work From Home role?
- Native level in Portuguese
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- PC literacy
- High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Client-centric mindset
- Be positive, upbeat and thrive on helping others in a friendly way
Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
