We offer comprehensive services to help clients fulfill their goals, often customizing solutions beyond standard implementation to enable complex risk and finance calculations. Our offerings, among others, include (a) designing and implementing Regulatory Datamarts/Databases, (b) automating and streamlining Reporting Processes, and (c) integrating customized Risk Management third-party solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Support our clients to review current business processes, perform target state analysis, define business requirements, functional and technical specifications.
• Design and implement automated processes for regulatory calculations in the areas of Financial Risk Management and Asset Liability Management (ALM).
• Integration support of the third-party risk management solutions to our clients including configuration, customization, and solution additional development.
• Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Compose functional and technical documentation of the respective implementations.
• Assist in the project management including development of project charters, project plans, and status updates reports as well as overall project monitoring (for Senior Level only).
• Communicate, provide guidance and establish professional and trust relationships with clients (for Senior Level only).
• Ability to evaluate vendor packages/tools and assist with vendor selection (for Senior Level only).

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaboratively work within a diverse team.
• A commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek; other languages will be considered an asset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• A master’s degree in computer science or a branch of Business such as an MBA, Business Analytics, Risk Management or STEM related field.
• Proven competence in technologies and ETL tools such as SQL, SSIS, Python, VBA, or other programming languages.
• Working knowledge on key banking and/or regulatory concepts like CRR/CRD, ALM, IRRBB, COREP, FINREP, LCR/NSFR.
• Proven experience in Risk/Banking Systems Configuration and Integration.
• Background in consulting.
• Strong project management and client servicing skills.
• Risk professional certifications (such as PRM, FRM).
