As a Norwegian Language Expert & Complaints Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage incoming requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding customer suggestions
• Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication

• Verify and correct machine-generated translations of answers to customer queries
• Understand and translate the meaning and tone of written words from one language to another

The requirements needed for this Norwegian Language Expert & Complaints Associate position are:

• An exceptional level in the Norwegian Language
• Advanced English skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• PC literacy

• Team spirit & flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to work in Greece
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Previous working experience in a similar role is considered as a plus.
