Slovenian Customer Service Advisor - Remote
Are you a native Slovenian speaker? Are you interested in working from home from anywhere in Greece whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office?
This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or are looking at working & relocating to Greece.
You will have the chance to serve the Slovenian speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

A Slovenian Customer Service Advisor`s every day work life will include the following:
- Provide a high level of customer service to Slovenian clients at all times
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
- Be able to offer recommendations to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
- Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues
What are the qualifications for this Slovenian Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home opportunity?
- An excellent level of the Slovenian language
- A good level of the English language
- PC literacy & excellent typing skills
- EU work permit
- High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
