Your tasks will be as an Italian Business Development Officer:

• Assist in implementing the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy.
• Stay informed about the latest developments, products, marketing updates, and relevant terms and conditions, and effectively communicate them to the target audience.
• Keep current with market competition and industry news.
• Ensure a high level of service and handle client inquiries with care.
• Conduct qualitative analysis of statistics to draw actionable conclusions for business development.
• Perform market data analysis and generate reports.
• Suggest system improvements.
• Adhere to the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
• Always act in the company’s best interest and collaborate with the team to support business growth and development.
• Be available for potential travel within the assigned country for meetings and events.
• Contribute to team goals by achieving targets and working effectively with other departments as needed.
• Supervise, monitor, and mentor the local team.

You’ll be an excellent fit as an Italian Business Development Officer if you have:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in Italian with excellent oral and written English skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable with strong integrity and solid business acumen.
• Proficient in people management.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Dynamic, innovative, and goal-oriented.

Experience in a similar role / experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
