We are expanding our Group Systems and Networks team with a Senior Systems Engineer and we are looking for enthusiast professionals for the role.

About the Role:

• Lead the day-to-day operational support for server, storage, network, and cloud infrastructures
• Lead and deliver complex network and service architecture, design strategies and standards
• Participate in the process of continuous improvement of the system and software infrastructure
• Be responsible for the remediation of system incidents.
• Review existing architecture, design strategies, standards, and processes to highlight more efficient ways to complete existing workload more effectively
• Provision and deploy complex systems and platforms
• Design and implement business continuity and disaster recovery processes
• Perform complex software and operating system upgrades
• Design and implement network segmentation in a highly complex environment
• Lead efforts to design, & implement core network & security technologies in datacenter and cloud (Azure/AWS) environments
• Document procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware
• Ability to travel abroad

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information systems, or a similar field
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a systems and networks engineer
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
• Microsoft certified candidates may be preferred
• Previous employment in major Information Technology companies will be an advantage
• Fluent English language
• Team management skills
• MS Domain/Server technologies
• MS Virtualization technologies
• MS Azure and AWS cloud platform technologies
• Networking/Firewalling technologies
• Information Security and ISO27001 security controls knowledge
