Maltese Customer Service Agent

Are you a native Maltese speaker with fluent English skills? Are you interested in working from home whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office?

The responsibilities as a Maltese Customer Service Agent are the following:

• Act as the first point of contact for all Maltese callers
• Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
• Maintain solid customer relationships with Maltese customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
• Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

In order for your profile to match the Maltese Customer Service Agent role, you need to possess most of the below qualifications:

• Native command of the Maltese language
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client-centric mindset

Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
