The responsibilities as a Icelandic Customer Service Agent are the following:

• Act as the first point of contact for all Icelandic callers
• Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls

• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems

In order for your profile to match the Icelandic Customer Service Agent role, you need to possess most of the below qualifications:

• Native command of the Icelandic language
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
